In August 2009, Dr. Liang Yingchang, the Senior Researcher of Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R) delivered the lecture on ‘Cognitive Radio’ at WiCO. The research groups’ members of WiCO and approximate 30 Nokia staffs attended this lecture.
