The Technical Seminar on R & D of TD-LTE Terminal Baseband Chips was held at Spreadtrum Communications (Shanghai) Co., Ltd on 15^th September 2009. The tasks allocation, approaches to cooperation and manpower requirements that would be needed in the initial stage of this project have been discussed. This project is an industrialization-oriented project jointly developed by WiCO, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and other academies and industries, which is based on WiCO’s key technologies of TD-LTE and the experiences and advantages in respect of the Public R&D Test Platform.
