The symposium on Sino-Finland Wireless Access Research Project was held at WiCO on June 18th, 2009. The representatives of Tsing-Hua University, Tongji University, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China Potevio Co., Ltd., Jushiri Wireless Technonogy Co., Ltd., Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co., Ltd, ZTE Corporation and etc attended this symposium.

 

Mr. Zhao Jianlong, the Executive Vice-Director of WiCO made an overall introduction for the project. Then, Mr. Xu Jing, the head of the research group of WiCO introduced the basic issues of the IPR trial-draft. As for this draft, all the participants exchanged their opinions with each other and were unanimous on the modification made on it. Furthermore, some of the representatives made the presentations on their recent research areas for this project.
